Where does your Soul wish to journey?……..

Unsure what to book? Are you looking for active evolution or maintenance? Do you wish to experience a narrated journey of timelines or live first hand another lifetime? If you are fired up for growth, I recommend booking follow up Sit & Talk session/s after Table Work in order to carry your container forward and escalate your integration and evolution with the momentum gained in your first session.

*All sessions can be in person or online via Zoom.

** Please refrain from using intoxicating or mind altering substances prior to your session as it may hinder your ability to receive. It is advisable to come hydrated and give yourself a period of quiet time following your session to allow you to rest in the energies and begin to integrate them. Do not underestimate the potential for you to receive multiple ‘times’ of information in your session i.e. a 45min quantum session may offer you 3-4hrs worth of ‘work’ that is brought into your field and available to you afterwards over a period of integration time.

From the space and place of the here and now, away from the confines of thoughts, everything is perfect and as it needs to be. When there is no thought, no self talk, we realise that the perceived obstacles are our own creation, and the problems, expectations, fears and doubts are an illusion that our ego uses to distract us from the here and now.

From the centred space of no-thingness, where on can drop into full acceptance of everything and unconditional love for all, we realise that everything is already perfect. It is a mere choice of how we see it.

With the Heart centre at the wheel, and a flow of awareness, acceptance and love, all conditioning is an illusion to distract us. All thoughts and fears about karma, of right and wrong, of better or worse, is irrelevant, for in the here and now it doesn’t matter, it just is.

I believe we are collapsing separation timelines, dismantling patterns and behaviours that are limiting and damaging. It really is so simple, that it is complex, but to simply be here is the gift of Freedom. Of Peace.
